What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on eligible items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.

Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, gift wrapping is only available on select items, and we're working diligently behind the scenes to expand this option across more products. Because we believe the outside of a gift should feel just as thoughtful as what's inside. If a gift wrap option is available, you’ll spot it on the product page or at checkout. Stay tuned — as we continue to enhance the unboxing experience!
Can I order gifts for multiple recipients in one go?
At the moment, each recipient requires a separate order and checkout process.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Not just yet — but we’re working on adding this feature. In the meantime, we recommend placing your order in advance and using the tracking link provided after dispatch.
