What makes Adea different?

Adea is built on the belief that meaningful pieces should be easy to find and a joy to share. We celebrate and encourage thoughtful giving without the pressure of perfect presentation. Focusing on gift-worthy finds that naturally become part of everyday living – designed to be used, enjoyed, and appreciated long after the moment has passed.

Where are Adea’s products sourced from?

We collaborate with trusted suppliers to bring you a carefully selected range of products, including both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items across different categories. Because of this, some orders may ship from different locations or arrive separately depending on the items you choose. This approach allows us to offer a diverse collection of thoughtfully designed pieces as we continue to grow and refine the Adea experience.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections or use the search bar to find what you love.
Select your preferred options where available, add the item to your
cart, and proceed to checkout.

CanI place an order for someone else?

Yes. You can ship an order directly to the recipient by entering their name and delivery address at checkout. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Can I include a personalized message with my order?

At this time, personalized gift messages are not available as a standard option at checkout. As Adea grows, we hope to introduce more gifting features in the near future.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at the moment. We’re currently focused on refining the Adea shopping and gifting experience. Gift cards are on our radar, and we hope to introduce them soon.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to selected international markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, countries within the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. Availability may vary depending on the product.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment partner.

Will all items in my order arrive together?

Do you ship worldwide?

No, not at this time. Adea currently ships to selected markets as we continue to grow and expand thoughtfully.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Depending on your country and order value, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Packaging & Gifting

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, gift wrapping is not yet available. We’re still in the early chapters of our journey, beginning with simplicity and heart. While we may be starting simple, we remain diligent, pouring love into every detail as we continue working towards an even warmer, more beautiful unboxing experience in the days ahead.

Will my order arrive in Adea-branded packaging?

Not always. Packaging may vary depending on the product and fulfilment partner, and some items may arrive in neutral packaging. As Adea continues to grow, we’re working towards introducing a more complete and beautiful branded experience.

Can I order gifts for multiple recipients in one checkout?

No. We recommend placing separate orders for different delivery addresses to
avoid any shipping or fulfillment issues.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?

Not at this time. We recommend placing orders early to allow enough time for processing and delivery.

Returns & Order Issues

What is your return policy?

Because many of our products are made-to-order or specially prepared once purchased, returns for change of mind are not always accepted.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

How do I report an issue with my order?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We may not always be able to make changes once an order has entered processing. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

What if my package is delayed?

Shipping times are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur, especially with international delivery. If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period, please reach out, and we’ll help review the shipment.

Product Information

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to present products as accurately as possible so that what you see is what you get. However, some images may include styled or lifestyle mockups to help illustrate how the product may look in real life, and actual colors, sizes, textures, and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, materials, and production methods. We therefore always recommend that customers also review the product description carefully, as well as check any additional product photos available for the same item, to get a fuller understanding before placing an order.

Are all items from Adea?

Yes. Every item in our collection is an official Adea selection, either designed by us or hand-picked from our partners to ensure it fits our aesthetic. While we work with a few different partners to help fulfill our orders, everything we offer is vetted to meet our standards for quality and style before it reaches your door.

Why do some products have different shipping times?

Because our collection includes a mix of made-to-order pieces and ready-to-ship items, delivery times can vary. If you order multiple items, they may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages as each piece becomes ready. Our aim is simply to get every item to you as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
